In the event of rain, we ask that you power the inflatable ON. By blowing it up, you keep the rain from flooding the inside of the unit.

If heavy rain occurs or rain is expected overnight, please DO NOT blow the unit up all night long unattended. Instead, please power OFF the blower and bring it to a safe and dry location to prevent any damages to the blower's function, and we’ll just deal with the flooded unit.

You can power the inflatable ON and OFF pretty much as many times as you want. If the kids are going to get off for cake and ice cream, leave it on. If they are going to be off for 30+ minutes you can unplug the blower or power it OFF. When they want to play again, just plug it back in or power it back ON and continue to enjoy the fun!

Absolutely! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly using a disinfecting wash. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it is then inspected to ensure cleanliness and recleaned if anything was missed prior to inspection.

We can provide rentals for whatever occasion you need! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, weddings, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event!

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
